These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 567kz ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 567kz online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 567kz.net and all associated mobile interfaces.

567kz is an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform is operated under international gaming licensing standards to ensure fairness, transparency, and player protection.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 567kz platform in any capacity, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an active account on the 567kz platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 567kz or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 567kz platform or any affiliated gaming platform, unless the exclusion period has formally expired.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 567kz reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to close accounts that do not satisfy eligibility requirements.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 567kz platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 567kz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 567kz support immediately at [email protected].

567kz accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

567kz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that places other players or the integrity of the platform at risk.

All financial transactions on the 567kz platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL internet banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically processed in real time. 567kz does not charge fees on deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day, as displayed in the cashier section of your account. 567kz reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. 567kz may, in its sole discretion, request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the account, unless an exception is approved by the compliance team.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on a business day are generally processed the same day.
• Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PKT or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• 567kz reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa will, where possible, be returned via the same method.

567kz will not process payments to or from third parties. Deposits made from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

567kz offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

• Bonus funds may only be used on games that contribute to wagering requirements. Game contributions vary; live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• 567kz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of an active promotion, or void bonus funds where it has evidence of bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Free spins winnings are capped at the maximum win amount specified in each promotion's terms.

All casino games available on the 567kz platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and virtual games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

567kz reserves the right to void any bet, round, or game session where a technical malfunction, software error, or network interruption has materially affected the outcome. • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Players must not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with 567kz games.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed outcome and the server record, the server record shall be conclusive.

The 567kz sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL, Test matches, and T20 Internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, which are accessible from the sportsbook section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the 567kz system. Bets placed verbally, via email, or through any channel other than the official 567kz platform are not valid. 567kz reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds.
• In-play bets are subject to a processing delay. 567kz cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets submitted during periods of high traffic or rapid odds movement.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or called off, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on postponed events will be void unless the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account apply and are available in the sportsbook terms section.
• 567kz reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any irregularity affecting the integrity of a sporting event.

567kz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available free of charge to all registered players from within the account settings section.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 567kz platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or the name of any third party.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, regardless of jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

All content on the 567kz platform — including but not limited to the 567kz logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of 567kz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 567kz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the 567kz platform.

The 567kz name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent from the Company.

567kz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

567kz implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 567kz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

567kz does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access to the platform. 567kz will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where reasonably possible.

You may close your 567kz account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

567kz reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players;
• The account holder is in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.

Where an account is terminated by 567kz for cause, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, 567kz reserves the right to permanently forfeit the balance.

567kz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 567kz will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the platform or via email to the address registered on your account, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 567kz platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

567kz operates under international gaming licensing standards that mandate RNG certification, player fund segregation, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. These standards are enforced through periodic audits conducted by independent regulatory bodies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 567kz holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 567kz internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms specified by the applicable gaming regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
